Today, we’re excited to partner with Five Guys’ on the launch of a debt-free college education program for its employees. We’re excited to help Five Guys in a great example of that core conviction. By offering this industry leading benefit, Five Guys is giving employees the opportunity to grow their careers and pursue their educational aspirations without incurring debt.
Beyond looking to do the “right thing”, Five Guys wants to help build future leaders, improve retention and overall satisfaction with their employees through this benefit.
Five Guys’ eligible employees now have the opportunity to take advantage of the Five Guys Tuition Assistance Program and enroll in high school and college degree programs from leading nonprofit, accredited universities within Guild’s academic marketplace.
